Tollywood producer Sreenivasa Kumar (SKN), known for delivering the blockbuster Baby, recently made comments that have shocked everyone. The film, which is now being remade in Hindi, brought him significant success, but his latest remarks at the Return of the Dragon pre-release event have raised eyebrows.
While welcoming actress Kayadu Lohar, part of the film Return of the Dragon, SKN stated, “Welcome to Telugu. We encourage non-Telugu-speaking heroines rather than Telugu-speaking heroines.” However, what followed left many unsettled. He added, “I learned what happens if we encourage Telugu-speaking girls as heroines.” Though said with a smile, his words appeared to hint at a particular actress he introduced, who was part of a blockbuster film.
