Clarifying these rumours, the talented actress revealed that all the gossips about her surgery are just baseless. Speaking further, Anushka said that she is going through the natural process of losing weight with strict diet plans.
Anushka had put on a lot of weight for her upcoming film Size Zero and is currently in the process of loosing it for her upcoming film Baahubali 2, which will go on floors in December.
