It’s well known that Bollywood star Akshay Kumar is making his Tollywood debut with Vishnu Manchu’s mythological film, Kannappa. Akshay will be seen as Lord Shiva in this high-budget pan-India magnum opus.
Kannappa makers today announced that Akshay Kumar’s look from Kannappa will be out tomorrow (Jan 20). “A Glimpse of Divinity. Witness the celestial aura of Akshay Kumar as Lord Shiva in #Kannappa,” read the announcement. Star heroine Kajal Aggarwal will be seen as Goddess Parvathi alongside Akshay Kumar.
Kannappa also features some of the most popular stars, including Prabhas, Mohanlal, Mohan Babu, Sarathkumar, Madhoo, Preity Mukundhan, Mukesh Rishi, Brahmanandam, and others in prominent roles. Mukesh Kumar Singh is helming this prestigious project, which will hit theaters worldwide in April 2025. Vishnu and Mohan Babu are bankrolling the project.
