The recent theater strike issue took a shocking new turn on Saturday. The Telangana Film Chamber of Commerce (TFCC) Secretary Sridhar interacted with the Telugu film media and made several shocking allegations against various people without naming anyone.

Talking about the theater strike, the TFCC Secretary shocked everyone by revealing that two producers and two directors were behind the theater strike issue. “We have blocked almost every theater from screening Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu. However, the film has now been postponed, and all our theater blockings have been wasted, and we’re staring at empty theaters and huge losses for the entire month,” he alleged.

The TFCC Secretary Sridhar further said that only Sankranthiki Vasthunam, Court, and Mad Square were the hits so far in 2025. The skyrocketing remunerations of our heroes are posing a huge threat to Tollywood’s existence and survival. Actors who can’t even collect a Rs 2 crore share are charging 13 crores as their remunerations. Our heroes attained stardom at single screens only,” he concluded.

While the TFCC Secretary’s wild allegations are sure to grab everyone’s attention, if remains to be seen if the industry bigwigs and government authorities will join hands to resolve the issues once and for all.
