After making a decent debut in Telugu films with RGV’s Rakta Charitra, Kannada star Sudeep made a lasting impression on Telugu audiences with Rajamouli’s Eega. The actor cum filmmaker even directed several superhit Kannada films, one of them being Ranna, a successful remake of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s 2013 blockbuster Atharintiki Dharedhi.
As per the latest buzz, Sudeep will be remaking yet another Powerstar Pawan Kalyan film, Gopala Gopala, in Kannada. Interestingly, Sudeep will join forces with Upendra, a huge mass star in Sandalwood. While Sudeep will reprise Pawan’s role of Lord Sri Krishna, Upendra will play Venkatesh’s role of a shrewd businessman in the remake.
