We were the first ones who revealed that the makers of RC12 will be revealing the first look of the film on the occasion of Dussehra this year. Since this announcement was made, so many rumors have been making the rounds as the titles of the film.
Some said that the film might be titled State Rowdy and now once again a new gossip has caught on all over the social media. The latest we hear is that the team is planning to name the film Vinaya Vidheya Rama.
