Actor Nithiin is currently busy shooting for his upcoming movie Robinhood, which is being helmed by Venky Kudumula. Nithiin’s other film with Vakeel Saab director Venu Sriram is titled Thammudu, and there are solid expectations on this project. As per the latest update, Prime Video has acquired the film’s digital rights.
The OTT platform also unveiled the pre-look poster. Yesteryear actress Laya is confirmed to play Nithiin’s sister in this movie. It’s been a while since Laya appeared in a Telugu movie. She was last seen in Ravi Teja starrer Amar Akbar Antony, which was released in 2018.
According to the OTT platform, Thammudu is an emotional story about a brother who goes to any extent to safeguard his sister from multiple challenges in her life. Sapthami Gowda of Kantara fame is the female lead. Dil Raju is producing this flick.
