Anushka is all set to be seen as Rani Rudrama Devi, in a period film that will be directed by Gunasekhar. Pre-production work has begun in earnest and Anushka is getting herself ready for the demanding project.
Director Gunasekhar is working with European technicians for finalizing the technical aspects of the shoot as the film is going to be shot in 3D. The film is being produced by Gunasekhar himself and Ilayaraja is expected to score the music.
As per the buzz in the industry, the team has already short listed the costumes and look for all the principal characters in the movie. The film will have a massive budget and regular shooting will begin this year.
