Hero Nikhil and director Chandoo Mondeti’s supernatural thriller, Karthikeya, released in 2014 and went on to become a huge hit. After 5 years, the actor-filmmaker duo has reunited for Karthikeya’s sequel. The second installment is expected to go on floors in December.
As per the latest buzz, Karthikeya 2 will be made with a whopping budget of Rs 15 crores. Apparently, the film will be shot abroad and it will also feature top-class VFX, which eventually resulted in such a huge budget. People Media Factory’s TG Viswaprasad will be bankrolling the project. Stay tuned for further updates on the film’s cast and crew.
