The Indian government’s new initiative to support the media and entertainment sector through the soon-to-be-held Film and Entertainment World Summit, WAVES 2025, is being appreciated by film stars across the country. Popular Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, and several others took to social media and lauded PM Modi on this new initiative.
Tollywood star Ram Charan is the latest Indian celebrity to laud PM Modi. Charan took to X on Tuesday night and wrote, “Wonderful to see Honourable Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji and the Government of India supporting the Media & Entertainment sector.” He went on to call the Film and Entertainment World Summit, WAVES 2025, a true game changer for industry collaboration.
On the work front, Ram Charan will soon be seen in Kollywood director Shankar’s pan-India political drama, Game Changer. Also starring Bollywood actress Kiara Advani, SJ Suryah, Anjali, Srikanth, Naveen Chandra, Sunil, and others in key roles, the film, produced by Dil Raju, is hitting theaters worldwide on January 10.
