The countdown has begun. With just weeks left for War 2, Bollywood’s most-awaited action spectacle of 2025, fans across the country are buzzing, and the excitement is about to go to the next level.
Starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR in a face-off that promises fireworks, and directed by Brahmastra filmmaker Ayan Mukerji, the film also features Kiara Advani bringing the glam factor. Backed by Yash Raj Films and scored by Pritam, War 2 hits the big screens on August 14, 2025.
Although the trailer is confirmed to drop on July 25 in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil, many feel that the buzz has been too low-key for a film of this scale. It seems the makers are aware of it, and they’re planning a thunderous comeback.
According to the buzz, Telugu distributor Naga Vamsi is planning to host a massive promotional event in Vijayawada. What’s got fans extra hyped is the rumoured joint appearance of Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, something we rarely see on a Telugu stage. While not officially confirmed yet, sources suggest this could very well happen.
