Tollywood sensation Vijay Deverakonda, who last graced the screen in Kushi alongside Samantha under the direction of Shiva Nirvana, is once again in the spotlight for his upcoming project with Gowtam Tinnanuri.
Recent online gossip suggested that the movie, tentatively titled VD 12, was shelved due to budget constraints. However, the film’s PR team swiftly clarified that the project is still in progress, urging fans to dismiss such unfounded rumors.
The new schedule for the movie is slated to commence in March 2024, following Vijay Deverakonda’s completion of the shoot for Family Star, where Mrunal Thakur takes on the female lead.
With an impressive budget of Rs. 100 crores, VD 12, a spy thriller, stars Sreeleela as the female protagonist. Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya are producing this espionage thriller under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. Srikara Studios presents the movie, with Anirudh Ravichander handling the musical composition.
