Mega hero Varun Tej’s upcoming movie, tentatively titled Korean Kanakaraju, is progressing at a brisk pace. Touted as a bold Indo-Korean horror-comedy, the film marks Varun Tej’s 15th project. The movie’s unit has just wrapped up a crucial schedule in Ananthapur, including the iconic KIA grounds and picturesque village locales.
As per the latest updates, Korean Kanakaraju’s team will be flying to Korea in June for a major schedule. In the Ananthapur schedule, the makers shot a visually stunning song sequence featuring Varun Tej and young actress Ritika Nayak amidst the rustic, soul-stirring landscapes that sync perfectly with the film’s quirky yet eerie tone.
Korean Kanakaraju is being directed by Merlapaka Gandhi and produced jointly under the UV Creations and First Frame Entertainment banners. Thaman is scoring the soundtrack for this high-budget entertainer.
