Mega hero Varun Tej’s much-talked-about period gangster drama, Matka, has wrapped up its shooting formalities. The makers made the news official on the auspicious Dasara festive day through an intriguing poster that features Varun Tej in a strikingly intense avatar. He appears as an older man, holding a gun and smoking a cigarette.
Matka is scheduled for its theatrical release on November 14. With exactly a month to go for the film’s grand release, the makers kicked off the promotions with the action-packed teaser, which was released recently and impressed fans and movie lovers. And the latest update is that the film’s first single, ‘Le Le Raja’, composed by GV Prakash Kumar, will be unveiled on October 14.
Also starring Meenakshi Chaudhary and Nora Fatehi in lead roles, Matka is being directed by Karuna Kumar and produced by Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala and Rajani Thalluri under the Vyra Entertainments and SRT Entertainment banners.
