Varanasi is one of the most talked about movies in India. Starring Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Prithviraj Sukumaran in lead roles, the SS Rajamouli directorial is currently in production and is scheduled for a summer 2027 release.
Earlier this week, Varanasi music composer MM Keeravani pleasantly surprised fans by dropping the Rana Kumbha villain theme song. The track became an instant hit, setting high expectations for the film’s audio album.
And Keeravani went on to reveal exciting news about Varanasi’s audio album. Addressing the media at IFFI 2025, the Oscar-winning composer revealed that Varanasi will feature a total of 6 songs, each different from the other.
Keeravani further added that the film’s music will be totally unique and unexpected. Well, with the master himself setting the expectations high, fans can surely expect a never-before soundscape hitting them in the near future.
