Waltair Veerayy and Veera Simha Reddy are lined up for release this Sankranthi season. While Veera Simha Reddy is releasing on the 12th of January, Waltair Veerayya is releasing on 13th January.

As per the latest reports, the makers of these two biggies – Mythri Movie Makers are applying for ticket price hikes in Nizam region.

The production house is asking for ticket prices of Rs 175 at single screens and Rs 295 at plexes. The government is yet to approve the same though.

If approved, both Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy will release with hiked prices in Telangana which could boost the box office numbers this Sankranthi season.
