Kalki 2898 AD is one of the most-awaited films as Prabhas has teamed up with Nag Ashwin for the first time in his career. But did you know that it was not Nag Ashwin who approached Prabhas for the film first?
Going into details, producer Ashwini Dutt approached Krishnam Raju’s wife with the offer and asked her to forward the word to Prabhas. As she did, Prabhas met Nagi, and the rest is history.
Kalki is the first film where Prabhas is playing a superhero, and that is the reason the stakes for the film are quite high. Kalki 2898 AD is all set to hit the screens on June 27 this year. Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Disha Patani, and several others play key roles in this film, which has music by Santhosh Narayanan.
