BRO is one of the most awaited films in Telugu cinema. The film is all set to hit the screens on the 28th of July in a grand manner. So far, the fans were not happy with the songs and this created a dull buzz for the film.
But things changed when the special anthem composed by Thaman hit the bullseye. Upon this, the pre-release event that was held in Hyderabad yesterday took the film’s buzz to the next level.
It has been quite some time since we have seen a big release in Telugu and BRO will fulfill that gap. But the consistent rains in Telangana have become a big cause of concern. The government has declared holidays for schools and asked IT employees to work from home. In such a tense situation, all eyes are on the opening of BRO.
A chunk of the revenue of the film is estimated to come out of the Nizam area and the rains might play a spoilsport in the days to come as heavy rains are expected. Also, thanks to Pawan Kalyan, the pre-release business of the film has also been locked at a whopping 95 crores.
In Nizam alone, the film has to make close to 32 crores share which is huge. Overall, the film has to clock 90 crores to be in a safe zone. BRO has Sai Dharam Tej in a lead role and is directed by Samuthirakani who made the original.
The day-one talk of the film will be a key and depending on the positive response, the opening weekend collections of the film will be decided. Let’s see what happens.
