Recently released Bollywood movie, The Kashmir Files, is creating new records at the box office. The Vivek Agnihotri directorial, which hit the screens last Friday, has become a sensation across the nation with good word of mouth.
So far, the small-budget movie has raked in a total of Rs. 31.6 crores gross (3 days) worldwide. This is huge for any small B-town movie released in recent times. Despite all odds, The Kashmir Files is on its way to create history. Also, the theater-count has increased drastically on day 3 compared to day 1.
Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborthy, Darshan Kumar, and Pallavi Joshi played significant roles in this drama. Recently, PM Modi appreciated the team behind the movie, which is based on the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits during the Kashmir Insurgency.
