Recently, Vikram came to Hyderabad for the teaser launch event of his upcoming film Thangalaan. The movie, directed by Pa. Ranjith, is based on a few true events in Kolar Gold Fields. During the teaser launch event, Vikram said that his character doesn’t have dialogues in the film.
This created a lot of curiosity among the audience. Now, the team clarified that Vikram was just kidding at the event, and his words were misinterpreted. As per the update, Vikram will indeed have dialogues, and it was further revealed that the movie will have live/sync sound.
Malavika Mohanan is the female lead. Parvathy Thiruvothu and Pasupathy are playing other vital roles in this movie, jointly produced by Neelam Productions and Studio Green. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the tunes. The movie will hit the big screens on 26 January 2024.
