After Leo, Lokesh Kanagaraj’s next is with Superstar Rajinikanth, and the movie is tentatively titled Thalaivar171. The director is busy with the pre-production works of this biggie and hence isn’t very active on social media.
Today, Lokesh Kanagaraj gave a sweet surprise to movie buffs and Superstar fans by revealing Rajini’s look from Thalaivar171. Thalaivar looks super smart and classy in this new poster, but his hands are tied with handcuffs. Lokesh Kanagaraj also announced that the title teaser of Thalaivar171 will be coming out on 22nd April. Going by the poster, it looks like Rajinikanth is playing a playful thief.
In old interviews, Lokesh said that he likes Rajini’s villainism and that he will explore this angle in Thalaivar171. The movie isn’t a part of LCU and will be an experimental project with a different approach altogether. Sun Pictures is bankrolling this big-ticket entertainer, and Anirudh is the music composer.
