Taapsee has been in news a lot, of late, and going by the number of offers coming her way in Bollywood, it looks like she has struck gold. While all eyes are on her upcoming film Judwaa 2, in which she’s paired opposite Varun Dhawan, the actress has reportedly signed yet another Hindi film.
According to latest reports in Bollywood, Taapsee will soon team up with Punjabi star Diljit Dosanjh, who became quite popular in Hindi with films like Udta Punjab and Philauri. Buzz is that both Taapsee and Diljit will be playing the roles of hockey players in the film and it is inspired from the real life story of former Indian hockey player Sandeep Singh.
Shaad Ali is going to direct the film. Both Taapsee and Diljit are expected to undergo training in hockey to prepare for the role and the film will go on floors later this year.
