Taapsee is all set to team up with her ‘Baby’ and ‘Naam Shabana’ co-star, Akshay Kumar for an ambitious film titled Mission Mangal. Directed by Jagan Shakti, the film has a huge ensemble cast including Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Nithya Menen, and Sharman Joshi.
The actress has revealed that she has begun shooting for the film and that she will be playing a character named Kritika Agarwal, who works in the Navigation and Communication department at ISRO, in the film. Mission Mangal narrates the story of ISRO’s mission to Mars, which shocked the whole world few years ago.
Apart from this film, Taapsee also has a bunch of other Hindi and Tamil-Telugu films slated for release in 2019.
