Megastar Chiranjeevi-starrer prestigious biopic, Sye Raa, is nearing completion. The makers had planned to release the film on August 15, as an Independence Day treat. And, the latest update is that Sye Raa’s producer Ram Charan has set May 5 as the new deadline for the film’s team to wrap up the shooting formalities.
Until April 2, Sye Raa’s shoot will be held in Kokapet, Hyderabad. The unit will later fly to either China or Madhya Pradesh on April 9 for a week long schedule. Apparently, Madhya Pradesh will be finalized for the next schedule. If the film fails to meet the August 15 deadline, it will then hit screens during the Dasara festive season. Surender Reddy is helming this magnum opus.
