A couple of days ago, Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan took to his Tumblr page and revealed that the Kaiyilae Aagasam song from Kollywood star Suriya’s critically acclaimed biopic, Soorarai Pottru, brought tears to his eyes. Needless to say, Big B’s unexpected praise has left the entire team of Soorarai Pottru touched.
Suriya too is deeply moved by Amitabh’s post. Last night, the actor took to Twitter and tweeted, “Times like these, kind words of appreciation like these, and extraordinary moments like these are the greatest rewards for Soorarai Pottru. So touched, means a lot sir.”
The Kaiyilae Aagasam song was composed by GV Prakash Kumar and penned by Yugabharathi. Popular playback singer Saindhavi added life and emotion with her moving rendition.
