Last year, Allu Sirish had made his Malayalam debut with Mollywood stalwart Mohanlal’s patriotic drama, 1971: Beyond Borders. The film’s Telugu version, titled Yuddha Bhumi, was supposed to release on June 22, but it was postponed due to reasons unknown.
As per the latest updates, Yuddha Bhumi is finally gearing up to hit the screens on June 29. In Yuddha Bhumi, Sirish will be seen as Lieutenant Chinmay. Mumbai actress Srushti Dange is paired opposite Sirish in the movie. Major Ravi directed the movie, which is based on the 1971 Indo-Pak war. AN Balaji is releasing the film in Telugu.
