Meanwhile, the latest buzz reveals that senior Bollywood actress Hema Malini has been roped in to play Prabhas’ mother in Adipurush. While Prabhas portrays Lord Rama’s role, Hema Malini will be seen as Kaushalya in the movie. An official announcement regarding this news is awaited.
Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan will be seen as the demon king Lankesh in Adipurush. Kriti Sanon will essay goddess Sita’s role. Being directed by Om Raut, the film is slated to hit screens on August 11, 2022.
