It’s well-known that Samantha is currently acting in a Tamil crime thriller titled, Super Deluxe. The film is being directed by national award-winning filmmaker Thiagarajan Kumararaja of the cult neo-noir gangster drama, Aaranya Kaandam, fame.
As per the latest updates coming in from the Tamil film circles, Kumararaja is planning to send Super Deluxe for an official selection at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival. In Super Deluxe, Samantha plays an exciting character named Vaembu. The film also features popular Tamil and Malayalam stars Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil and Ramya Krishna in prominent roles.
