It is been reported that Samantha signed a new Tamil film under the direction of Vignesh Shivan a few months. Starring Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role, the film also has Nayanthara as one of the female leads.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that Samantha joined the film sets from today onwards along with Nayanthara. Titled Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal, the film was supposed to commence in May but due to Corona lockdown, the shoot has begun lately from the first week of December.
KVRK marks the first film Samantha shooting for after the Covid crisis.
