Sairam Shankar will soon be seen in a film to be directed by Teja. This untitled film is the first project which Teja has taken up after Neeku Naaku Dash Dash, which failed to click at box office earlier this year. After that, there were rumours that Teja will soon direct a film with Rana in lead role; however, no official announcements have been made till date. For a long time, Teja had vowed to only work with newcomers but that seems to be changing now.
Sairam Shankar had earlier in few films like 143 I Love You, Bumper Offer and this is the first time that he’s teaming up with Teja who’s known to be a taskmaster. Sunitha Prabhakar and Seetha Nekkanti are jointly producing this film. This film will go on floors in October. Meanwhile, Sairam Shankar will begin shooting for Prashanth Varma’s film under the same banner later this month. The year is turning out to be quite a busy one for Sairam Shankar who’s awaiting the release of Yamaho Yama and Mr Romeo. It remains to be seen if lady luck will finally smile on Sairam Shankar or not since he desperately needs a hit to cement his place in the industry.
