Nagabandham

Young hero Virat Karrna made his theatrical debut with Peddha Kapu, directed by Srikanth Addala. His upcoming PAN-Indian film Nagabandham continues to grab attention with yet another major milestone. Directed by Abhishek Nama and produced on a lavish scale by Kishore Annapureddy and Nishitha Nagireddy, the film is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious mythological dramas in recent times.

The team is currently filming an intense, goosebump-inducing climax sequence at Ramanaidu Studios, Nanakramguda. The makers have gone all out to create an unmatched visual spectacle, investing a massive Rs. 20 crore solely on the climax, making it one of the costliest sequences ever attempted in a PAN-India film of this scale.

This high-voltage climax unfolds on an enormous set built around a gigantic, symbolic door that adds depth, magnitude, and dramatic weight to the final act. Production Designer Ashok Kumar and his team have crafted this massive set with painstaking detail, ensuring that every element enhances the story’s grandeur and mystique.

To execute the climax’s high-impact action, the team has brought on board internationally acclaimed Thai stunt master Kecha Khamphakdee, known for his dynamic and visually striking action choreography in global blockbusters. His expertise promises electrifying stunts and combat scenes that will elevate the film’s intensity and deliver a thrilling, visually spectacular finale for audiences.

Nagabandham also boasts a stellar cast, featuring Nabha Natesh and Iswarya Menon as the female leads, with Jagapathi Babu, Jayaprakash, Murali Sharma, and B.S. Avinash in crucial roles. Set against the backdrop of India’s ancient Vishnu temples, the film uncovers the mystique surrounding Nagabandham, a sacred and secretive tradition rooted in centuries-old rituals.

Drawing inspiration from recent high-profile treasure discoveries at temples like Padmanabhaswamy and Puri Jagannath, the narrative weaves a gripping tale of myth, mystery, and divine protection. As the excitement builds, the team Nagabandham is gearing up to kick off promotional activities soon. Abhe and Junaid Kumar are composing the tunes.
