Ram Gopal Varma starts putting out controversial tweets during two kinds of occasions. 1) When a film of his is about to release. 2) When a major event is hogging the limelight in national media. If you observe some of his recent tweets, you can immediately grasp the fact that the controversy levels have been steadily increasing over.
He created a furore today with his tweets. He targeted Chiranjeevi and the Telangana issue today.
“Am so jealous of telangana state’s shamsabad airport .At Rowdy evnt saw Balaji tirupati airport n wondered if it will evr grow to shamsabad”. This tweet really did not set tongues wagging, so he followed it up by quoting a tweet posted by someone.
This one read – “congress hataav desh bachaav… .chiranjeevi hataav raashtr bachaav”.
This tweet was enough to enrage fans of Chiranjeevi and they attacked RGV quite badly on Twitter. A counter tweet started going viral and it read ” RGV Hataao, Film Industry Bachao”. So far, the director has not responded to any of this. But knowing his nature, he sure would be having a good laugh
