Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam is one of the best ever Telugu films to be ever made. It received solid critical acclaim and was a Non-Bahubali industry hit at the time of its release. Sukumar’s brilliance, Charan’s spell-binding performance as Chitti Babu, and the superior technical values made Rangasthalam a cult hit in Tollywood.

The gritty village drama has now been released in Japan. The update is that Rangasthalam has cruised past Brahmāstra’s opening day numbers to emerge as the biggest opener among Indian films in Japan in 2023. Magadheera registered stupendous collections back then in this country.

Charan enjoys a solid fan following in Japan, and the same has resulted in outstanding openings. To note, Rangasthalam was released along with the monstrous franchise KGF, but Charan’s mania took over Japan. Let’s see what more wonders Rangasthalam will create in the future at the Japanese box office.
