Actress Keerthy Suresh will next be seen in a female-oriented Tamil film, titled Raghu Thatha. The film is being produced by Hombale Films’ Vijay Kiragandur, the star producer who bankrolled the blockbuster gangster drama, KGF, and Prabhas’ ongoing pan-India action drama, Salaar.
As per the latest updates from Raghu Thatha’s team, the film’s entire shooting formalities have been wrapped up earlier today. “Raghuthatha, where the revolution finds its home, has completed its fiery shoot! Stay tuned for a revolution that’ll make your heart race! (sic),” Hombale Films’ Twitter handle tweeted.
Raghu Thatha is the directorial debut of The Family Man writer Suman Kumar. The film marks Hombale Films’ foray into Tamil cinema. In a press note that was released at the time of the film’s launch last December, the makers described Raghu Thatha as a comedy-drama about a strong and determined woman who finds her unique voice by challenging norms, upholding her principles, fighting for them and eventually becoming an inspiration to everyone.
