Pushpa: The Rise increased the box office potential of Allu Arjun by leaps and bounds. The movie also brought a solid reputation to Allu Arjun at the international level. Even a few cricketers are imitating the mannerisms of Allu Arjun. Icon Star scripted history by becoming the first actor in Tollywood to achieve the National Award for Best Actor.
Today Pushpa team threw a grand party and celebrated the National Award winners of the Telugu Film Industry. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad, who won the Best Music Composer (Songs) Award for Pushpa, was also present. Allu Arjun and DSP posed for a cool selfie with Pushpa producers Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar.
Pushpa 2 is currently in the production phase. Directed by creative genius Sukumar, the film has national crush Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. Fahadh Faasi, Sunil, Anasuya, Rao Ramesh, and Dhananjay are playing pivotal roles. Pushpa: The Rule will open in cinemas on August 15, 2023.
