Lady Superstar Nayanthara and director Vignesh Shivan are currently busy with their respective projects. The star couple, who married in 2022, announced that their wedding ceremony will be presented as a documentary film on Netflix titled Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairytale.
After multiple teases, Netflix finally announced the streaming date of the docu-film, revealing that the wedding event, which also has the special moments of the star couple, will premiere on November 18, 2024 – two years after their wedding. A classic poster has also been released to mark the occasion.
Reports indicate that Netflix spent a significant amount to acquire the streaming rights, but there has been no proper clarification on why the release was delayed for so long. While Nayanthara’s fans are thrilled, some are still awaiting announcements from both the actress and Netflix regarding the OTT premiere date of her own production, Connect, a horror drama released in 2022.
