Telugu original series Mayasabha is off to a blockbuster start in the OTT space. The show, directed by Deva Katta and headlined by Aadhi Pinishetty and Chaitanya Rao Madadi, received highly positive reviews from critics and audiences alike. Mayasabha, based on the lives of legendary politicians Chandrababu Naidu and Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy, is confirmed to have multiple seasons. According to an exclusive report in OTT Play, the second installment will be released in January 2026 and will center around the legendary Sr. NTR’s character, played by Sai Kumar.
The report mentioned, “A chunk of Season 2’s shoot has already been completed. Director Deva Katta had filmed a significant portion earlier, and after seeing the response to Season 1, he is making changes to a few scenes. Once the revised script is locked, he will finish the remaining portions and release the new season in January 2026.”
