These days there was a complaint that the early availability of films on OTT is killing the theatrical business. Hence the industry took a key decision to avoid early OTT releases. Looks like Karthikeya 2 won’t be available any time soon on OTT.
In the press meet conducted today, the actor announced that the film will arrive on OTT only after 50 days of theatrical release. He added that the film was made for a large screen experience.
Karthikeya 2 stars Nikhil and Anupama Parameswaran in lead roles. It is directed by Chandoo Mondeti and bankrolled by Abhishek Agarwal Arts and People Media Factory. The film’s new release date is 13th August.
