As per the current reports, the movie has crossed half a million mark at the US box office. Till now, the film has collected a gross of $516,650K (3.46 Crores) including premiers and is still continuing its dream run in USA.
Nenu Sailaja is doing pretty good in Telugu states as well. The trade analysts are estimating that the movie will collect decent figures in its complete run.
