As everyone waits for Akhanda 2: Thaandavam, God of Masses Balakrishna has quietly launched his next film. The project, tentatively titled NBK 111, marks his reunion with Gopichand Malineni, who earlier gave him a solid hit with Veera Simha Reddy.

The two have teamed up again for a historic drama planned on a large scale. Vriddhi Cinemas, the makers of Peddi, is producing it. The team announced the film with a muhurtam poster that shows Balakrishna in two distinct looks. The design strongly suggests he is taking on a dual role once more.

Nayanthara is locked as the female lead, and the makers will bring in more notable actors. Thaman is expected to handle the music. Shoot details and further announcements are set to roll out soon.
