Star heroine Rashmika Mandanna’s upcoming project was announced yesterday with an action-packed poster. Backed by Unformula Films, this heroine-oriented movie marks the directorial debut of Rawindra Pulle, a protégé of Hanu Raghavapudi. Ajay and Anil Sayyapureddy are the producers, while Sai Gopa is the co-producer.
After creating buzz with an intriguing announcement poster that piqued curiosity among fans and the industry, the makers unveiled the title as Mysaa. Rashmika Mandanna’s colleagues from various film industries released the first look in a unique and collaborative manner.
Director Hanu Raghavapudi revealed the Telugu poster, while Rashmika’s Kuberaa co-star Dhanush and Chhaava co-star Vicky Kaushal launched the Tamil and Hindi posters, respectively. Dulquer Salmaan and Shiv Rajkumar unveiled the Malayalam and Kannada posters. Each of them extended their best wishes to Rashmika and the Mysaa team.
The title itself carries weight, and the poster is nothing short of striking. Rashmika appears fierce and intense, revealing a side of her that we haven’t seen before. Dressed in a traditional saree and adorned with tribal jewelry, such as a nose ring and heavy neckpieces, Rashmika embodies the essence of a Gond woman.
Her piercing gaze, blood-smeared look, and the mysterious object clenched in her hand together paint a powerful and unsettling image, hinting at a gripping story ahead. Director Rawindra Pulle said that Mysaa is the result of two years of dedicated effort. The director shared that they were meticulous about the world, the film’s characters, and aesthetics. The key technical crew will be revealed next week.
