The Ajay Devgn-starrer Son of Sardaar 2, which was initially scheduled for release on July 25, 2025, has now been postponed at the last minute.

The comic entertainer will hit theatres a week later, on August 1, 2025, as per the latest update from the makers. While the reason for the delay hasn’t been disclosed, sources say minor post-production work is still pending.

Directed by Ashwni Dhir, Son of Sardaar 2 promises to be a fun-filled ride packed with action, comedy, and Ajay’s trademark swagger. Mrunal Thakur plays the female lead in this film, and the songs released so far have been big hits.
