Actress Mrunal Thakur who is truly a queen of grace can pack a punch, too, with her kickboxing moves. She is getting trained under Rohit Nair, an MMA, Jiujistu player and coach. She got inspired by her Toofan co-star Farhan Akhtar.
Mrunal did have a few action scenes in the films, and her action moves were kick ass. Although her training was for her role in Toofan, the combat sport became a part of her workout routine too. In one of the interviews, Mrunal mentioned that the MMA training came as a great help for her role in Selfiee, where she had a special number, Kudinayee Ni Teri.
It takes a lot of effort and dedication to get trained under a professional coach like Rohit Nair. They have attention to detail and ensure the mentee is getting their moves right. This is an example to show that Mrunal is up for all challenging things.
