Nagarjuna’s much-awaited romantic entertainer, Manmadhudu 2, released yesterday and received average to mixed reports from critics and fans. The film is off to a decent start at the box-offices across the twin Telugu states and registered average openings in overseas.
In the US, Manmadhudu 2 collected a gross of $82,284 from its Thursday premieres. Trade was hoping that the film will pick up pace over the weekend. And on Friday, until 5:30 PM PST, the film collected $23,766, taking its latest total to $123,236. Whether Manmadhudu 2 manages to brave the mixed talk and pack a punch at the ticket counters remains to be seen.
