The latest sensation, Manjummel Boys, is all set to achieve what no other Malayalam movie has achieved over the years. The survival thriller will be scripting history as the first-ever Mollywood flick to cross the coveted one-million-dollar club in North America.
As per the trade experts, Manjummel Boys will be surpassing the one million dollar mark by the end of next week. Manjummel Boys is on the verge of crossing 600K$ and will overtake Lucifer in a few days to become the top Malayalam grosser in this region.
Directed by Chidambaram, the movie is about a few friends who travel to Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu, where they get into huge trouble. The film stars Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Basi, Balu Varghese, Ganapati S Poduval, Jean Paul Lal, Deepak Parambol, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, and Arjun Kurian in vital roles.
