Mani Ratnam offered a crazy deal for Ponniyin Selvan

It is been reported that the shooting for senior filmmaker Mani Ratnam’s prestigious project, Ponniyin Selvan resumed a few weeks ago in Hyderabad. Currently, the shooting is underway at a fast pace.

Meanwhile, the latest buzz is that Mani Ratnam got a solid detail from digital giant Netflix. Reportedly, Mani Ratnam has been offered a hefty amount by Netflix to grab the streaming rights. Will Mani Ratnam accept the deal and be ready for the direct OTT release of his dream project, remains to be seen.

Ponniyin Selvan is based on the Tamil epic written by Kalki with the same title and has Indian’s finest actors and techniques are working on it. AR Rahman is composing the music.
