Ram Pothineni and Puri Jagannadh’s Double iSmart resumed shooting recently after a few months of gap. The team is currently in Mumbai, canning some crucial sequences. Double iSmart is the sequel to the 2019 blockbuster iSmart Shankar, and hence, the expectations are sky-high for this mass flick.
Just a while ago, the makers teased fans about an update with a picture of Ram Pothineni. While an update is confirmed, what it is about remains to be seen. Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is playing the nemesis of Ram, and the Hindi actor was paid huge bucks for the role. The movie should have hit the screens on March 8, but the production was delayed, which led to postponement.
Kavya Thapar is playing the female lead. Mani Sharma is composing the tunes. His songs played a vital role in iSmart Shankar’s success, and we need to see what he has in store with this sequel. Charmme Kaur and Puri Jagannadh are producing the film under the banner of Puri Connects.
