After unveiling the title and the first look poster on the occasion of Superstar Mahesh Babu’s 43rd birthday, the makers of Mahesh’s silver jubilee film, Maharshi, have just released the ‘Meet Rishi’ teaser. Dressed in casuals and sporting a neatly shaped beard, Mahesh looked uber cool and charming in this short 30 second teaser.
Although the makers are tight-lipped about the film’s story and Mahesh’s character in it, buzz is that Mahesh will be seen as the CEO of an American company. What brings him to India and his journey as Rishi forms the main crux of Maharshi’s story.
Vamshi Paidipally is the director of Maharshi and Pooja Hegde is the leading lady. Allari Naresh will be seen as Mahesh’s friend in the movie. Dil Raju, Ashwini Dutt and PVP Cinema banner are jointly producing this high-budget entertainer. Maharshi is slated for release on April 5, 2019.
