Animated film Mahavatar Narsimha continues its strong box office run despite Coolie and War 2 occupying the majority of the screens. The film registered remarkable occupancies in limited screens, and looking at the trajectory of the new releases, Mahavatar Narsimha is expected to get more screens this week. The breathtaking climax sequence is one of the key reasons for the film’s impeccable success.
In a recent interview with India Today, director Ashwin Kumar revealed a shocking fact about this particular episode. He said, “The entire last 20–25 minutes of my film took about a year of creation. When you put in that much time, you realise that making films is like baking a cake. You can’t just rush it out of the oven – you need patience, love, and attention. However long it takes to make something beautiful, you have to give it that time.”
Thanks to the team’s relentless effort for such a long time, we witnessed such an electrifying episode on the big screen that sent many into a divine frenzy. The next film in the Mahavatar Cinematic Universe (MCU) will be Mahavatar Parasuram, and it goes on floors later this year.
