It is already reported that choreographer turned actor Lawrence was picked for the lead role in 2005 film, Chandramukhi’s sequel. Senior director P. Vasu, who directed the first part will also be directing the latest version too.
Titled Chandramukhi 2, the film is expected to go on floors in the next couple of months. Meanwhile, the latest buzz is that young starlet Kiara Advani is under consideration for the female lead’s role in the film.
Incidentally, Kiara Advani is the female lead in the Hindi remake of the 2011 film, Kanchana. Titled Laxmmi Bomb, the film is also directed by Lawrence and will be out on Disney Plus Hotstar very soon.
